Refund Policy

At Lux Cleaning Co., we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services to ensure your satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to address concerns regarding our services.

General Policy

  • Refunds are not typically issued for completed services, but we are committed to resolving any concerns to your satisfaction.

  • If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our service, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of the service date to discuss your concerns.

Service Re-Cleans

  • In the event of dissatisfaction, Lux Cleaning Co. may offer a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question to meet our quality standards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Policy

  • If we arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to access the property or perform the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., locked doors, pets not secured), a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.

Exceptions

  • Certain services, such as special event or holiday cleaning, may have separate terms that are communicated prior to booking.

  • Refunds or credits will not be provided for dissatisfaction resulting from factors beyond our control, such as heavily soiled or damaged areas that were beyond the agreed-upon scope of cleaning.
